The high-rise zone has five towers of 24–31 floors with roughly 1,370 apartments, from 30 m² studios to three-bedroom units and penthouses, plus shophouses in the podium. The low-rise zone, The Sonata, adds 180 townhouses and 20 riverside villas. Towers S1, S2 and S3 began handover in May 2026; Symphony 5 is the final tower still on sale.

Location on the Son Tra riverbank

The project stretches along one of the last open riverfront strips on the Son Tra side, north of Sun Cosmo and Sun Ponte. Every tower faces the river or the city centre across it. The Han River Bridge and Han Market are about five minutes away, My Khe Beach roughly ten, and the airport around 15 minutes by car. The riverside walk in front of the project is also where crowds gather for the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival.

Towers and apartment mix

The scheme is built for both living and renting out. Symphony 5 alone has 1,228 units on 31 floors, and around 725 of them are studios of 30–33 m² – a clear sign that the developer is targeting investors who rent by the month or the night. Elsewhere you will find one-bedroom units from about 36 m², two-bedroom units of 60–80 m² and three-bedroom units of up to about 112 m².

Prices

On Batdongsan in mid-2026, apartments were listed at about 69–125 million VND per m². Symphony 5 studios started around 2–2.4 billion VND after developer discounts, and three-bedroom river-view units were advertised around 8.5–10.5 billion VND. Foreigners can buy within the 30% quota per tower, on a 50-year term that can be extended.

Renting at Sun Symphony

With so many studios and one-bedroom units in one place, expect competition among landlords for monthly tenants. Units with a direct river view, good furniture and a reliable manager tend to rent fastest. Two-bedroom apartments in the nearby Sun Cosmo towers were renting at around 40 million VND a month in 2026, which gives a sense of the upper end.

Living in Da Nang

Son Tra is the side of Da Nang where most foreigners live – close to the beach, with Korean restaurants, international schools, gyms and co-working spaces. Hoi An is 40 minutes away by car and Ba Na Hills about an hour.

Pros and cons

  • Pros: river and fireworks views, large integrated complex with parks and a marina, strong developer with fast construction, long-term ownership
  • Cons: very large supply of studios means rental competition, the area will stay a construction site until the last tower is finished, prices above older Da Nang towers

Who it suits

Sun Symphony Residence suits investors who want a small, liquid unit for rentals and buyers who want a new riverside home with full facilities, close to both the centre and the beach.
