Panorama Nha Trang

Panorama Nha Trang is a 40-floor pair of elliptical towers at 2 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, on the corner with Hung Vuong, in the middle of Nha Trang’s tourist quarter. It was developed by Vinh Nha Trang JSC (Nha Trang Bay Investment) on a 4,483 m² plot, started in 2016 and opened in 2018. The building is a hotel-apartment (condotel) complex of roughly 1,100 units, mostly studios and one- or two-bedroom apartments of about 27–70 m², with a long infinity pool on the 39th floor that links the two towers. April 2 Square, the night market and the beach are all within a few minutes’ walk.

The towers stand where Nguyen Thi Minh Khai meets Hung Vuong, beside the city’s walking street and theatre. April 2 Square and the night market are about 200 m away, Tram Huong Tower and Tran Phu beach roughly 5 minutes on foot. The Western quarter on Biet Thu and Hung Vuong, with its bars and restaurants, starts right outside. Cam Ranh airport is around 40 minutes away.

Check the certificate, the remaining land term and any rental contract that comes with the unit before you buy.

Renting at Panorama

If you want a monthly rental in the centre without paying hotel rates, Panorama is one of the most common choices. Furnished sea-view units of about 40 m² were advertised at 13–15 million VND a month in 2026, and nightly rates start around 900,000–1,100,000 VND. Expect prices to rise from December to April.

Living in Nha Trang

Life in central Nha Trang revolves around the bay: morning swims on Tran Phu, boat trips to Hon Mun and Hon Tam, and seafood dinners in the evening. The city is compact enough to get around by Grab bike, and supermarkets, pharmacies and international clinics are close to the tourist quarter.
