Location

Bach Dang is Da Nang’s riverside walking street, lined with cafés and restaurants and closed to traffic on some evenings. From the lobby you can walk to the Han Market, the Cham Museum and the Dragon Bridge, where the fire show runs at weekends. My Khe beach is about five minutes across the river by car and the airport around ten minutes. Few residential towers in the city sit this close to the water.

What you get

The building is small and quiet, with fittings from Yale, Bosch, Hafele and Kohler. Residents have:

  • Swimming pool and sky lounge
  • Gym and residents’ lounge
  • 24/7 concierge and security
  • Basement parking on three levels
  • Front-row views of the river and Da Nang International Fireworks Festival

Prices and buying

This is one of the most expensive addresses in Da Nang. Listings in 2026 show two-bedroom units of about 71–76 m² at roughly 10–14 billion VND (about 130–195 million VND per m²), three-bedrooms of about 144 m² around 27 billion and penthouses above 45 billion VND. Foreigners can buy within the 30% quota on a 50-year term. The developer has run payment plans with a low first instalment, so compare a direct offer with resale prices before you decide.

Renting at The Filmore

Owners advertise furnished two-bedroom units at around 35–45 million VND a month, and large three-bedroom units much higher. Tenants are mostly senior expats, business owners and long-stay visitors who want the river view and a walkable centre rather than a beach apartment.

Pros and cons

  • Pros: front-row Han River views, very central and walkable, small number of units, international management
  • Cons: top-of-market prices, busy promenade at weekends and during the fireworks festival, few compact units

Who it suits

The Filmore Da Nang suits buyers and tenants who want a premium city-centre home on the river with hotel-style service, and investors aiming at the high end of the rental market.
