Location

Bai Dai is the long white beach between Cam Ranh airport and Nha Trang. The Arena sits next to Anam Resort and the Vinpearl resort area, about three minutes from the airport, around 15 minutes from Cam Ranh town and roughly 30 minutes from central Nha Trang. Daily needs such as supermarkets and restaurants are mostly inside the resorts, so a scooter or taxi is useful.

What you get

The project was designed as an entertainment resort rather than a quiet hotel. Facilities include:

  • 500 m terraced pool with saltwater, freshwater and mineral sections
  • Arena square for large events
  • Beach club and sky bar
  • Restaurants and shophouse street
  • Marina plans for yachts

Prices and buying

The Arena is one of the cheapest ways into a sea-view unit near Nha Trang. Listings in October 2026 put small units of about 34–39 m² at roughly 743 million to 1.4 billion VND depending on tower, floor and view, or about 24–41 million VND per m². Units are condotels on fixed-term land, not homes for life. Ask about the operator, the revenue split and the service fees, and check what share of the building is actually trading.

Renting and holiday use

Bai Dai fills with Korean, Russian and Chinese tour groups in peak season, and being minutes from the airport is a real draw for short stays. Income depends on the operator and on keeping occupancy up across a very large number of rooms, so expect it to vary from year to year.

Pros and cons

  • Pros: front row on Bai Dai beach, minutes from the airport, very low entry price, unusual pool and entertainment facilities
  • Cons: huge number of similar units, fixed-term condotel title, far from city life in Nha Trang

Who it suits

The Arena Cam Ranh suits small investors who want a cheap sea-view hotel unit near the airport and accept that returns depend on the operator.
