It pairs a 20-floor hotel, run as Crowne Plaza Nha Trang by IHG, with a 29-floor residence tower about 122 metres tall that was topped out in 2012. Tran Phu is Nha Trang’s seafront boulevard, and The Costa sits right on it, across from the beach and the seaside park.
