Nobu Residences Da Nang

Nobu Residences Da Nang is the first Nobu-branded residential tower in Southeast Asia, at the corner of Vo Nguyen Giap and Vo Van Kiet streets in An Hai Ward, right on the My Khe beachfront. On a site of about 3,000 m², the 43-floor tower rises 186 metres. It combines a 186-room Nobu Hotel on floors 7–16 with 264 branded hotel residences on floors 19–36, and sky villas and penthouses on floors 38–41. A glass footbridge from the second floor crosses the beach road to the sand. Handover is planned for the first quarter of 2027, with the hotel due to open the same year.
