Who is behind Imperia Sky Park

MIK Group develops the Imperia and The Matrix brands in Hanoi, Hai Phong and Ha Long. Imperia Sky Park is a large step up in scale for the group in western Hanoi.

Location: Thang Long Boulevard and Ring Road 3.5

The project faces Thang Long Boulevard close to the new Ring Road 3.5 interchange, which is expected to be finished in 2026, and is less than a kilometre from Vinhomes Smart City. Planned metro lines to Hoa Lac are also set to run through An Khanh, which is one reason the area has attracted so much new supply.

Apartments and prices

Most homes are compact one- and two-bedroom units. Early 2026 asking prices were around 90–100 million VND per m², while August 2026 listings range from about 76 to 91 million VND per m². That puts one-bedroom units at roughly 3.2–4.3 billion VND, two-bedrooms at 4.1–6 billion VND and three-bedrooms at about 5.9–6.6 billion VND, with a handful of duplexes and sky villas above that.

Amenities

  • Outdoor infinity pool, sky bar and jacuzzi on the amenity floor
  • BBQ areas with views over Thang Long Boulevard
  • Separate 7-storey parking building
  • Rooftop sports deck with pool, tennis and football
  • Landscaped internal park and shophouses

Renting at Imperia Sky Park

Western Hanoi has a big tenant base among office staff around My Dinh, Smart City and the Thang Long corridor. Small units should rent steadily, but with around 3,000 apartments plus nearby Smart City and Metropoli 5, competition among landlords will be real.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Fronts Thang Long Boulevard
  • Dedicated parking building
  • Close to Vinhomes Smart City amenities
  • Wide choice of compact layouts

Cons

  • Large supply in a crowded submarket
  • Handover not until late 2027
  • Thang Long Boulevard traffic noise for front units

Who it suits

Imperia Sky Park suits first-time buyers and investors who want a new apartment in western Hanoi’s growth corridor at a lower price than My Dinh.
