Central Park Residences Eco Central Park

Central Park Residences is the high-rise apartment zone of Eco Central Park, Ecopark’s 183-hectare township in Vinh, Nghe An. On 1.96 hectares off Nguyen Sy Sach Street, 30-floor towers hold 620 apartments of about 34–106 m². The selling point is greenery: roughly 520 of the units come with a private garden on the balcony, a design Ecopark compares to the hanging gardens of Babylon. Construction started in Q4 2023, with handover scheduled for Q4 2025.

Eco Central Park and its location

Eco Central Park is the first large eco-township in Vinh, following Ecopark’s projects in Hung Yen and Hai Duong. Close to 30% of the land is green space and water, with about 57 hectares of parks and lakes. The township is on the eastern side of the city, linked to the centre by Nguyen Sy Sach Street and to the coast at Cua Lo.

A sister apartment zone, Seaview Residences, adds 750 units in two 30-floor towers with a scheduled handover in late 2026.

Buying at Central Park Residences

At launch, reported prices ranged from about VND 1.2–1.9 billion for studios to VND 2.9–4.9 billion for 3-bedroom units, and sellers later reported the zone as sold out. Buyers today are most likely to deal with resale units. Check the handover status of the specific unit and whether its pink book has been issued.

Foreigners can buy in commercial apartment buildings within the usual limits of the 2023 Housing Law: up to 30% of the units in one building and ownership of up to 50 years, renewable once. Check that the foreign quota in the specific tower still has room before you pay a deposit.

Renting at Central Park Residences

Vinh has a growing base of professionals in banking, healthcare, education and industry who prefer modern apartments. Furnished 1- and 2-bedroom units with sky gardens should stand out in the local rental market.
