Buying at Phu Tai Residence

Most purchases now are resales. Reported listing prices have been around VND 34–38 million per m², or roughly VND 1.6–3.2 billion per unit. Check the pink book, any outstanding bank loan and the service charge (reported at about VND 9,900 per m² including VAT).

Foreigners can buy in commercial apartment buildings within the usual limits of the 2023 Housing Law: up to 30% of the units in one building and ownership of up to 50 years, renewable once. Check that the foreign quota in the specific tower still has room before you pay a deposit.

Renting at Phu Tai Residence

Quy Nhon attracts tourists, digital nomads and staff from the city’s growing IT and education sector around the Quy Hoa science area. Furnished apartments near the lake and the beach let well, with demand higher in the summer season.

Pros and cons

  • Pros: completed with pink books, central lakeside location, close to the beach
  • Cons: single tower with limited facilities, parking can be tight, older finishes than new launches

Who it suits

Phu Tai Residence suits buyers who want a ready apartment with clear paperwork in central Quy Nhon, retirees and remote workers looking for a coastal city base, and investors targeting steady local rentals.

Living in Quy Nhon

Quy Nhon is a coastal city with a long central beach, clean streets and growing appeal for retirees, remote workers and tech companies around the Quy Hoa science area. Since 2025 it has been the administrative centre of Gia Lai province.

Living costs are lower than in Da Nang or Nha Trang, and the city is less crowded. Ky Co, Eo Gio and the coastal road to Song Cau are popular weekend trips.
