EraCity Buon Ma Thuot is a mixed residential development by Xuan Mai Corporation at 161 Nguyen Chi Thanh Street, Tan An Ward, on the northern approach to Buon Ma Thuot, Dak Lak. On 4.86 hectares it combines 984 apartments in two high-rise towers, 152 townhouses, shophouses and a social-housing component, around a 12,000 m² park and a 5,000 m² lake. The design is by studioMilou; the developer published the design documents in April 2026 and has not yet announced prices.

Nguyen Chi Thanh Street is the main road into Buon Ma Thuot from the north, linking the city with National Road 14 and the routes towards Gia Lai and the coast. Tan An is one of the city’s fastest-developing areas, with several new residential projects nearby.

Buying at EraCity

The project is at an early stage. No official prices have been published, so treat any figures circulating online with care. Before paying anything, check the investment approval, the 1/500 plan, the building permit and – for apartments – the Department of Construction’s confirmation that the units are eligible for sale.

Foreign buyers can only buy commercial apartments in projects outside defence and security areas, within the 30% per-building cap and for up to 50 years. Confirm with the developer whether the towers qualify.

Renting at EraCity

Buon Ma Thuot’s rental market for apartments is small but growing, driven by public servants, teachers, healthcare staff and people working in coffee and agricultural trading. Compact 1- and 2-bedroom units are likely to be the most rentable.

Living in Buon Ma Thuot

Buon Ma Thuot is the capital of the Central Highlands’ coffee region and the main city of the enlarged Dak Lak province, which now also includes Phu Yen. The climate is cooler than the coast, with a clear rainy season from May to October.

The city has a good airport, regional hospitals and universities, and a strong café culture. Most people still live in landed houses, so modern apartment blocks with parks are a new option for young families and returnees.
