D’ Metropole Ha Tinh

D’ Metropole Ha Tinh is a mixed project in the centre of Ha Tinh, on Nguyen Huy Tu Street in Thanh Sen Ward. Its legal name is the Xuan Thanh Land – Nguyen Huy Tu functional housing area. On a little over 2 hectares there are 140 apartments of one and two bedrooms and 61 townhouses with at least two street frontages each. The first homes – more than 40 apartments and 20 townhouses – were handed over at the end of January 2026, and the townhouses already have land use certificates.

Foreigners can buy in commercial apartment buildings within the usual limits of the 2023 Housing Law: up to 30% of the units in one building and ownership of up to 50 years, renewable once. Check that the foreign quota in the specific tower still has room before you pay a deposit.

Ha Tinh’s apartment rental market is small, with demand from public servants, bank staff and professionals from the Vung Ang economic zone who work in the city. Furnished 1- and 2-bedroom units in a central building like this are among the easiest to let locally.
