About this 1-bedroom

The selling point is the balcony: about 520 of the 620 units at Central Park Residences have a planted garden, and this is one of them. It looks onto the township rather than a busy road, and having green leaves outside the window changes how the flat feels. Inside there is an open kitchen and living area, a bedroom with a 1.6 m bed and wardrobe, and one bathroom.

The owner furnished the unit with a sofa, dining table, fridge, washing machine and two air-conditioners. The plants on the balcony are looked after through the building’s landscaping service, so you only need to water them now and then.

Living at Central Park Residences Eco Central Park

Eco Central Park is Ecopark’s first township in Vinh, with close to 30% of its land given over to greenery and water. Residents of the 30-floor towers share pools, gyms and play areas, and the township has a commercial plaza and shophouse streets. A sister zone, Seaview Residences, is being added nearby. The atmosphere is calm and family-friendly, with plenty of space for an evening walk.

Getting around from Central Park Residences Eco Central Park

Nguyen Sy Sach Street links the township with central Vinh in a few minutes by car or motorbike, and the coastal town of Cua Lo is about 20 minutes away for a beach day. Vinh International Airport and the railway station make trips to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City easy. Banks, hospitals and universities, where many tenants work, are spread across the city centre.

Lease terms and rent

Asking rent is 6.5 million VND per month for a 12-month lease, with one month’s deposit. The management fee is included; utilities are paid at official rates.

The owner can accept a six-month lease for a slightly higher rent. Motorbike parking is available in the building.
