Getting around from Saigon Pearl

District 1 is about 10 minutes along Nguyen Huu Canh. Landmark 81, Vinmec and Vincom are a short walk through Vinhomes Central Park, Thao Dien is 10 to 15 minutes over the Saigon Bridge, and the airport is roughly 25 to 35 minutes by car.

Rent and lease terms

The asking rent is 40 million VND per month for 160 m².
