Inside the Park 3 penthouse

The lift lobby opens into a double-width living room with ceilings noticeably higher than the floors below. Glass runs along three sides, and sliding doors lead straight onto the terrace. On a clear evening you can see Landmark 81 lit up on one side and the river bending towards Thu Thiem on the other.

There is a closed show kitchen with a large island, and a second wet kitchen behind it for everyday cooking. The four bedrooms are split into two wings, so the master suite with its walk-in wardrobe and bathtub has real privacy from the guest rooms.

Tan Cang metro station is around ten minutes on foot, or a couple of minutes on the internal shuttle. District 1 is 15 minutes by car, Thao Dien about the same across the Saigon Bridge, and Tan Son Nhat airport around 30 minutes outside rush hour.
