    The three basement levels house adequate car parking for the whole development.

    In order to capitalize the unique setting, the client required 100% sea view apartments. With the short length of the linear site facing the Ocean, the challenge posed to the design team resulted in a unique architectural expression of the condominium towers.

    The buildings where rotated by 15 degrees to the ocean front, providing preferred views to one of the towers while the opposing face was designed to enhance direct views from the apartment’s corners closest to the ocean.

    The massing steps in and out, creating a pixelized effect reminiscent to the rock formation of the famous Danang Marble Mountain.
