    • Any changes including refund, replacement or booking can only be made until Aug 23nd, 2019. Please note that foreign customers can be replaced by either local or foreign customers; Local customers can only be replaced by other local customers.
    • Any refund request after Aug 23rd, 2019 can only be processed after our Exclusive premiere event.

    For those customers who won’t be able to attend the Exclusive Premiere Event and wish to authorize another person to attend on his/her/its behalf, the last day to register Power of attormey (POA) will be Sep 18, 2019. Please ensure that the POA satisfies our format and conditions, otherwise it will not be accepted.
