Who is behind Cara Legend
Cara Group (formerly Dat Xanh Mien Tay) completed Cara River Park – a 20-storey, 358-unit complex in Cai Rang – which was inaugurated in December 2025 and is managed by CBRE. VictoryCons, the contractor on that project, is building Cara Legend too.

3/2 Street is one of Can Tho’s main arteries, linking Ninh Kieu with the universities, hospitals and the airport road. The project is positioned as a central, all-in-one address combining homes with shops and services.
