Location in Cao Lanh
Cao Lanh was the capital of Dong Thap before the 2025 merger with Tien Giang moved the provincial centre to My Tho. It remains an important city in the north of the province, with schools, hospitals and markets close to the project.
Blocks and townhouses
- Two apartment blocks of 16 floors
- Floors 1–2: parking and technical areas
- Floors 3–16: apartments
- Four-storey commercial townhouses of about 79–81 m² land, with shops on the ground floor
Who can buy
This is a social housing (nhà ở xã hội) project. Units can only be bought by people who meet the government’s criteria – for example income limits and not already owning a home in the province – and buyers must apply through the developer with paperwork confirmed by the authorities. Foreigners are not eligible. Social housing generally cannot be resold on the open market within five years of full payment, so it is a home to live in rather than an investment.

Who Lotus Garden Cao Lanh suits
Lotus Garden suits public servants, workers and young families in Cao Lanh who qualify for social housing.
Living in Cao Lanh
Cao Lanh is a green, relaxed city on the Tien River in the north of Dong Thap, known for lotus fields, the Xeo Quyt forest and the Nguyen Sinh Sac memorial site. Daily costs are low, and traffic is light compared with bigger cities.
Most residents work in public services, education, healthcare and agriculture-related businesses. Affordable apartments close to schools and markets make sense for young families who would otherwise rent rooms or live far from the centre.
