Sun Glory Residence

Sun Glory Residence is Sun Group’s first property project in Nghe An, built on lot HH01 at the Hai Quan roundabout in the centre of Vinh, where Le Hong Phong and Le Nin avenues meet. The mixed-use scheme brings close to 3,500 apartments, plus retail and services, to the city. Sun Group broke ground on 19 August 2026, and sales agents were mobilised at a kick-off event in Vinh shortly after.

Who is behind Sun Glory Residence

Sun Group is best known for its tourism and resort projects – Ba Na Hills, Sun World, Sun Phu Quoc – and has been building city apartments in Da Nang, Ha Long and Hanoi through Sun Property. This is its first residential investment in Nghe An.

Location: central Vinh

The Hai Quan roundabout is one of Vinh’s busiest junctions, linking Le Hong Phong and Le Nin avenues to the administrative centre, Vinh Central Square, schools, hospitals and shopping. Vinh airport and Cua Lo beach are both a short drive away.

Apartments and prices

Layouts run from studios of about 31 m² to two- and three-bedroom family units. Listings in late 2026 show studios at about 1.8 billion VND, two-bedrooms of 68–70 m² at roughly 3.5–3.9 billion VND and a 75 m² three-bedroom at around 3.75 billion VND – equal to roughly 50–58 million VND per m², a new benchmark for Vinh.
