Who is behind The Harbor Skyline
MIK Group develops the Imperia and The Matrix brands and has worked alongside Vingroup in several townships, including Imperia Smart City and Imperia Signature Co Loa in Hanoi. Vinhomes Royal Island itself is Vingroup’s resort-style township on Vu Yen.
Location: Vu Yen Island
Vu Yen sits between the Cam, Ruot Lon and Bach Dang rivers, just across from central Hai Phong. Bridges now link the island to the city centre and to Thuy Nguyen, which has become Hai Phong’s new administrative and growth area. On the island are VinWonders, a Royal Park & Safari zoo, a 160-ha, 36-hole golf course, Vincom Mega Mall and a marina.
Apartments and prices
The first towers focus on compact homes – studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units of up to about 68 m². Prices had not been officially published at the time of writing; market talk put them at around 50–60 million VND per m², and early listings ranged from about 1.6 billion VND for a 35 m² studio to 3.5–4 billion VND for 72 m² units.
Amenities
- Nearly 20 ha of parks and green space
- Squares and pedestrian streets
- Multi-sport courts
- Access to VinWonders, the safari park and golf course
- Riverside walks and marina
Renting at The Harbor Skyline
Rental demand on Vu Yen is still forming. Over time, staff from the island’s tourism attractions, hotels and nearby industrial zones in Thuy Nguyen could support small-unit rentals, but early buyers should treat this as a long-term play.
