Who is behind The Sculptura
Phu My Hung Development is the long-standing developer of the Phu My Hung new urban area. The Sculptura is one of its few new launches in recent years and, like The Aurora, deliberately small in scale.
Location: Canh Doi, Phu My Hung
Canh Doi is one of the earliest and leafiest neighbourhoods of Phu My Hung, close to the Phu Gia villas, the Moonlight Park and the South Saigon International School (SSIS). Crescent Lake and the Starlight Bridge are a short drive or a longer walk away.
The area is mainly residential, with plenty of Korean and Japanese restaurants and shops along nearby streets. The old District 1 is around 20 minutes by car.

Master plan and amenities
Amenities are concentrated on the third floor of the building:
- 25-metre infinity-edge pool
- Gym and yoga room
- Sauna and jacuzzi
- BBQ and relaxation areas
- Children’s play area
- Shophouses at street level
Apartment types
Apartments are two- and three-bedroom units of about 80–125 m², plus penthouses on the top floor. Units are handed over with European-brand finishes, according to the developer.
Prices and buying
Indicative launch prices for two-bedroom units of about 90 m² were around 180–190 million VND per m² including VAT. Since the project sold out at launch, any purchase now will be a resale of a sale contract.
For contract transfers, ask about the remaining payment schedule and Phu My Hung’s transfer procedure and fees.
Legal status and foreign ownership
The Sculptura is commercial housing with long-term ownership for Vietnamese buyers and 50-year ownership for foreigners. With just 75 apartments, the foreign quota is very limited.
Renting at The Sculptura
Once complete, the building should appeal to expatriate couples and families who want a new, quiet home in an established part of Phu My Hung near SSIS.
