Who is behind Urban Green
Kusto Home is the developer behind Diamond Island in Thu Duc. Its strategy is to build a small number of projects to a high finish, and Urban Green’s fast certificate issuance has been held up as an example of that approach.
Location: Hiep Binh Phuoc, Thu Duc
The project is on Street No. 6 in Hiep Binh Phuoc, opposite the Van Phuc City urban area and close to the Saigon River. Upper floors on some sides look towards Landmark 81.
National Road 13 and Pham Van Dong Boulevard connect the area with Binh Thanh, Go Vap and District 1; Kusto quotes 5–12 minutes to Binh Thanh, Thu Duc, District 2, Go Vap and District 12, though peak-hour traffic can be slower.
