Location
The Bac Dam Vac area is Vinh Yen’s newer residential quarter, with lakeside walking paths, the provincial administrative centre, hospitals and schools within a few minutes. The Noi Bai–Lao Cai expressway and National Roads 2A and 2B connect to Noi Bai airport in roughly 30 minutes and central Hanoi in about an hour.
Same brand, different city
New Goldsun also develops Luxora Bac Giang, a separate twin-tower project in Bac Ninh province. The two share a brand and developer but are different buildings with their own pricing and timelines.
