Living at Irista Hill Sapa

The tower is Block A of a larger housing site in Sa Pa’s North-West reserve area, developed by BVB, a member of BB Group. It is one of very few modern apartment buildings in the town, which is mostly hotels and homestays.

Getting around from Irista Hill Sapa

From the tower you can walk to Sa Pa lake, the night market, the stone church, the bus station and local schools. The Noi Bai – Lao Cai expressway and the mountain road from Lao Cai city put Hanoi about five to six hours away, and sleeper buses leave from the town centre every day. Fansipan cable car is a short drive out of town.

Pre-lease terms and indicative rent

Our indicative rent is about 6 million VND per month for a 46 m² one-bedroom with basic furniture and heating, on a lease of six months or more.

Winter months are cold and foggy, and peak tourist months are busy; the final rent and deposit will be agreed in writing when a unit is available.
