Amenities
Eurowindow Multi Complex is a mixed-use tower at 27 Tran Duy Hung in Cau Giay, developed by Eurowindow Holding, the group best known for uPVC windows and later for resorts in Cam Ranh. Above a commercial podium with shops and offices sit roughly 300 apartments of 72 to 199 m2.
When it launched, the developer took an unusual approach: apartments were handed over with plastered walls and screeded floors rather than a full fit-out, so owners could design their own interiors. As a result, units here vary more than in most buildings of the same age.

Location on Tran Duy Hung
Tran Duy Hung is the main road connecting the Trung Hoa – Nhan Chinh area with Thang Long Boulevard and Ring Road 3. Big C (GO!) Thang Long, the Keangnam Landmark area and the National Convention Centre are close, and Hoan Kiem Lake is around 25 to 30 minutes by car.
After the 2025 reorganisation the address is in Yen Hoa Ward; older documents show Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District.

Apartments
Two-bedroom units of about 86 to 100 m2 are the most common, with three-bedroom homes up to around 160 m2 and a few larger units. Since interiors were done by individual owners, two apartments of the same size can look completely different; always view in person.
Renting at Eurowindow Multi Complex
Furnished two-bedroom apartments are popular with professionals working in Cau Giay and Nam Tu Liem, and some landlords accept foreign tenants. Check the management fee, parking cards and whether the building allows the unit to be used as an office.

Buying and resale checks
Resale listings commonly mention ownership certificates are available. Ask for the pink book of the specific unit, review the quality of the owner’s renovation and check that management fees are paid.
