The scheme is two towers of 42 and 21 floors with 824 apartments and about 22 shophouses at the base. What you get

Apartments range from one-bedroom units of about 50 m² to three-bedroom units of about 90 m². They are meant to be handed over with basic finishes and a smart-home system. The developer’s plan includes:

  • Swimming pool and gym
  • Children’s play area
  • Shophouse retail at street level
  • Lake and sea views from upper floors

Prices and buying

Resale listings in 2026 show one-bedroom units of about 50 m² from around 1.4 billion VND, two-bedrooms of about 70 m² around 2.2 billion and three-bedrooms of about 89 m² around 2.7 billion. Those numbers are attractive for a central sea-view tower, but you are buying into a delayed project. Ask for the current construction schedule in writing, the bank guarantee for off-plan sales, and the developer’s latest notice on handover before you sign a transfer.

Living in Quy Nhon

Quy Nhon has become one of the easier coastal cities to settle in: a long clean city beach, a relaxed pace, and prices well below Da Nang or Nha Trang. Korean and Western visitors have grown since direct international flights started at Phu Cat, which is good news for future rental demand in the centre.

Pros and cons

  • Pros: central location by Bau Sen Lake and the beach, tallest tower in town with long views, entry prices still low for a central project
  • Cons: handover delayed with no firm date, developer has faced financial pressure, basic-finish handover means extra fit-out cost

Who it suits

Grand Center Quy Nhon suits buyers who are comfortable waiting and want a central Quy Nhon apartment at a price that already reflects the delay risk.
