Prices and buying
TMS is one of the most traded towers in Quy Nhon. Recent listings for 45–47 m² studios mostly ask between about VND 1.2 and 2.2 billion depending on floor and view. Many sellers advertise a ready certificate, but confirm the type and term, and whether the unit is signed into a rental pool.
Renting and holiday use
Owners and operators rent units nightly through booking sites, and long-stay rentals are easy to find outside the summer peak. Expect higher nightly rates in June–August and during Tet.
Pros and cons
- Pros: central beachfront location, landmark tower with city and bay views, liquid resale market, walkable to food and nightlife
- Cons: busy road and tourist crowds, small unit sizes, hotel-style building rather than a quiet residential condo
Who it suits
Visitors who want to be in the middle of Quy Nhon, short-term rental investors and anyone testing the city before a longer move.
