Location
Bac Cam Ranh lies at the northern end of Cam Ranh, close to Cam Ranh International Airport, the Bai Dai coastal road and the resort strip that employs thousands of hospitality workers. Nha Trang is roughly 30–40 minutes north.
Who can buy
Social housing in Vietnam is reserved for eligible buyers, mainly low- and middle-income workers and civil servants who do not already own a home locally, with income caps and paperwork set by law. Resale is restricted for the first years, and foreign nationals cannot buy.
