Who can buy
This is a social housing (nhà ở xã hội) project. Units can only be bought by people who meet the government’s criteria – for example income limits and not already owning a home in the province – and buyers must apply through the developer with paperwork confirmed by the authorities. Foreigners are not eligible. Social housing generally cannot be resold on the open market within five years of full payment, so it is a home to live in rather than an investment.
Amenities
- Children’s play areas and green space
- Kiosks in the common areas
- Further facilities such as a pool planned with the later towers
Pros and cons
- Pros: affordable prices, preferential loans, completed towers in use
- Cons: strict eligibility, resale restrictions, limited amenities so far
Who Lang Son Green Park suits
Lang Son Green Park suits public servants, armed forces personnel and low-income families in Lang Son who qualify for social housing and want a modern apartment close to the city.
Living in Lang Son
Lang Son city is a trading hub close to the Chinese border, about 150 km from Hanoi via the Hanoi – Lang Son expressway. Border trade through Huu Nghi, Dong Dang and Tan Thanh supports logistics and services jobs, and Ky Lua market and the Mau Son mountain area attract visitors.
Winters are cold by Vietnamese standards, so well-built apartments with good windows are appreciated. As the city’s first high-rise housing, Lang Son Green Park has also become a reference point for future apartment projects in the province.
