Tourist apartments, not ordinary flats
The L’Avenir units are tourist (condotel-style) apartments sold for holiday use and letting through an operator. Ownership terms for this product type are usually time-limited and differ from residential apartments, so read the certificate type and term carefully before buying.
Who it suits
Buyers who want a beach base on the quieter south-central coast, and investors willing to use a hotel operator’s rental programme. Tuy Hoa has much less supply than Nha Trang or Quy Nhon, but also lower tourist numbers.
Buying checks
- Confirm the exact product type (tourist apartment vs residential) and the ownership term.
- Read the rental management contract: fees, owner nights and how income is shared.
- Check the handover schedule for the tower you are buying.
- Foreign buyers should confirm eligibility and quota.
