Amenities
Lotte Center Hanoi is the 65-storey, roughly 272-metre tower at 54 Lieu Giai in Ba Dinh, opened by Korea’s Lotte Group in 2014. Its shape is said to be inspired by the flowing panels of the ao dai, and for a few years it was Hanoi’s second-tallest building after Keangnam Landmark 72.
Inside are a department store and Lotte Mart, Grade A offices, the five-star Lotte Hotel Hanoi on the upper floors, an observation deck and a rooftop bar, plus a block of around 233 serviced residences. These residences are operated by the owner and leased, not sold, so Lotte Center is a rental-only option on our site.

Location in Ba Dinh
Lieu Giai and Dao Tan are central streets in the embassy and office district of Ba Dinh. Kim Ma, Nguyen Chi Thanh and Daewoo – Thu Le park are close, the Japanese Embassy is nearby on Lieu Giai, and Hoan Kiem Lake is about 15 minutes by car. Japanese and Korean companies with offices in the tower make it convenient for their staff.
After the July 2025 reorganisation, 54 Lieu Giai is listed in Ngoc Ha Ward.

Serviced residences
The residences offer furnished studios to multi-bedroom apartments with hotel-style services such as housekeeping, concierge and maintenance. Monthly packages typically bundle management fees and some utilities; ask exactly which services, utilities and parking are included before comparing with ordinary apartments.
Because the units are run by a single operator, lease terms, deposits and early-termination rules are set by Lotte’s leasing office. Read the policy on minimum stays and corporate leases.
Living in the tower
Residents have a separate entrance and lobby from the hotel and offices, plus access to their own gym and pool. Shopping, groceries, restaurants and cafés are all inside the building, which is a major convenience in Hanoi’s winter and rainy season.

What to check before renting
Compare the total monthly cost against regular apartments nearby, since serviced packages include things you would otherwise pay for separately. Confirm visa and temporary residence registration support, pet policy, and how utilities above the included allowance are billed.
Sources
Facts are based on Lotte Group information, the Lotte Center Hanoi reference entry and published project data, checked on 1 November 2026. Rents and packages must be confirmed with the operator.
