Who is behind Mandarin Garden 3
Hoa Phat is Vietnam’s largest steelmaker and has built a small but well-regarded residential portfolio in Hanoi. Mandarin Garden 1 on Hoang Minh Giam is still one of the better-known mid-to-high-end projects in Cau Giay.
Location: Yen So and southern Hanoi
Do Muoi Street runs through the southern edge of the city near Yen So Park, Gamuda City and the new Yen So bus station. Ring Road 3, the Phap Van – Cau Gie expressway and the planned Ngoc Hoi rail hub put much of southern Hanoi and the north–south routes within reach.
Apartments and expected prices
The layouts are simple: two-bedroom homes of about 68 m² and three-bedroom homes from roughly 100 to 120 m². The towers use an L-shaped design so that every unit gets natural light. Agents taking early bookings have quoted expected prices around 70 million VND per m², which would put a 68 m² two-bedroom at roughly 4.6–4.8 billion VND, but official prices had not been published at the time of writing.
