Masteri Sky Quarter is the Masteri Collection project at the centre of Vinhomes Wonder City in Dan Phuong (now O Dien Commune), western Hanoi. It combines two five-storey low-rise blocks – River Quarter and Park Quarter, with “MultiLex” live-work units – and the Sky Tower high-rises, the only high-rise apartments in Wonder City. Masterise launched the project on 11 September 2025, followed by Sky Tower A.

Who is behind Masteri Sky Quarter
Masterise Homes builds the Masteri and LUMIÈRE ranges and has several projects inside Vingroup townships. Wonder City is Vingroup’s 134-ha township in Dan Phuong, which opened for sale in March 2025.
Location: Wonder City, west of Hanoi
Wonder City sits off the West Thang Long Boulevard, National Highway 32 and the extended Hoang Quoc Viet road, with Ring Road 3 and 3.5 nearby. West Lake and the Ciputra area are about 15 minutes away by car.

Unit sizes run from studios of about 30 m² to three-bedrooms around 100 m², plus duplexes and triplexes of up to 250 m². 2026 listings show three-bedroom corner units of 87–97 m² at about 7.3–7.7 billion VND, and duplexes or triplexes at roughly 56–62 million VND per m².
