Premier Sky Residences is a hotel and apartment tower by Minh Dong Tourism Services and Trading Co., part of Da Nang’s PGT Group, on lots 29 and 30 of the Redstar villa area on Vo Nguyen Giap Street, in what is now An Hai Ward. The 3,967 m² site has frontage on three streets, and the tower rises 38 floors, around 128 metres. It holds 486 apartments and 300 hotel rooms. The developer stresses that the apartments are residential units, not condotels, so buyers receive certificates of long-term land use. One-bedroom units start at about 58.7 m².
