Amenities
Risemount Apartment Da Nang is a 31-floor condominium tower on Nhu Nguyet Street, where the Han River meets the sea, right beside Thuan Phuoc Bridge. It was developed by Vicoland Group together with PAVNC Risemount, as one half of a twin-tower complex whose other tower is the Mövenpick Hotels & Residences Han River. The apartment tower was topped out in January 2019, about five months ahead of plan, with handover scheduled from the fourth quarter of 2019. Its gold-tinted glass façade makes it one of the easiest buildings to spot on the river.

Da Nang International Airport is roughly 6 km away.

What you get
Apartments are mainly one- to three-bedroom layouts with views over the river mouth, the sea and the Son Tra peninsula. The podium and grounds hold a kindergarten, a fitness and spa area, a small Japanese-style garden and shops.

- Retail podium
- 24/7 security
Prices and buying
Units now trade on the secondary market. Asking prices depend heavily on the view – high floors facing the river mouth and Son Tra cost noticeably more than city-facing units. Check that the seller holds a pink book for the specific unit and confirm whether a foreign-ownership quota is still available.
Renting and holiday use
Furnished apartments are let to expats and long-stay visitors, often on 6–12 month contracts. The location suits people who want river views and an easy run to the beach without living on the busier My Khe strip.
Pros and cons
- Pros: river-mouth and sea views, central Hai Chau location, quick access to Son Tra and the airport, well-known developer brand
- Cons: strong afternoon sun on west-facing units, the reflective façade was criticised by city authorities for glare, fewer shops on the immediate street than on the beach side
Who it suits
Expats working in central Da Nang, couples and small families who want a river view, and buyers looking for long-term ownership close to the centre.
