Location

Bach Dang is the city’s main riverside boulevard. From the site, residents can walk to the Dragon Bridge, APEC Park, Han Market and the riverfront restaurants, and HSBC, Vincom and Lotte Mart are within a couple of kilometres. Many units look over the Han River, the Son Tra peninsula and Da Nang Bay.

Construction started in September 2024 with a 33-month build schedule, pointing to completion around mid-2027. In 2026 Da Nang’s construction department confirmed that the project met the conditions to sell off-plan apartments, and the city added it to the list of housing projects foreigners may buy. Press coverage noted that the land use rights are mortgaged to VietinBank, as is common for off-plan projects; buyers should check the bank guarantee and release terms in their contract.

  • Approved for foreign ownership
  • Completion targeted for 2027

Prices
