Sun Grand City Ancora Residence is a Sun Group apartment complex at 3 Luong Yen street, on the corner of Nguyen Khoai, close to the Red River and Hanoi’s Old Quarter (now Hong Ha Ward, formerly Bach Dang, Hai Ba Trung District). It was launched in December 2016 and sales opened in 2017.
The site covers about 22,300 m², with three apartment towers taking up only about 6,000 m². VnExpress reported 25 floors above ground, three basements, 679 apartments and 31 penthouses. Savills Vietnam has managed the residences and the Sun Plaza Ancora mall since April 2018, when handover began.
