Spana Tower

Spana Tower, also marketed as Sun Spana Tower, is the first high-rise apartment project in Sun Group’s Sun Neo City township in Hoa Xuan, south Da Nang. Its two 22-storey towers stand at the foot of the Hoa Xuan Bridge on the Cam Le River, with 1,281 apartments ranging from studios to penthouses. Sun Group has been selling the project since late 2025 and targets handover in Q2 2027.

Location

The towers sit right at the Hoa Xuan Bridge, the gateway between south Da Nang and the city centre, with views over the Cam Le River and towards the fireworks venue. Sun Neo City is a planned township of around 1,000 hectares with a 50-hectare Hype Park and six themed parks. My Khe Beach, the airport and the city centre are all within roughly 10–15 minutes.

The mix is weighted towards studios and one-bedroom units, with some garden apartments, three-bedroom units and penthouses on the upper floors. Podium shophouses front Nguyen Phuoc Lan.

Prices and policy

Sales policies have included discounts of up to 17.5%, loans of up to 70% with 0% interest for 24 months and payment schedules stretched over about 38 months.
