Who is behind The Fest 2

Sun Group built Ba Na Hills, Sun World and many resort towns, and is developing Charmora City as a series of themed islands in south Nha Trang. Festival Island is designed as the township’s “downtown that never sleeps”, with a VUI-Fest night market like those in Ha Long, Cat Ba and Phu Quoc.

Location: south Nha Trang

Charmora City sits in the Vinh Thai area of south Nha Trang, linked to the Capital Island (planned administrative centre) and the residential Elite Island. Central Nha Trang is a short drive away, and Cam Ranh International Airport is reachable by the coastal road.

Apartments and prices

Most units are studios of about 29–30 m², plus one-bedroom-plus homes of around 49 m² and some two-bedrooms. Official prices started at about 1.6 billion VND for a studio (roughly 55 million VND per m²); listings in September 2026 show one-bedroom-plus units at around 3.2–3.75 billion VND, with long payment schedules.
