Location: western Hanoi’s new centre
The crossroads sits between My Dinh and the Ring Road 3 area, close to My Dinh National Stadium, the National Convention Center and the Vietnam – China Friendship Palace. Pham Hung, Thang Long Boulevard and Ring Road 3 put most of western Hanoi and the airport road within easy reach.
Apartments and prices
The larger tower, The Luxe, has 44 floors and 720 apartments. Units are mainly two- and three-bedroom homes of around 83–112 m², with a small number of penthouses and duplexes. Mid-2025 reports put average prices at around 130 million VND per m² before VAT, placing it among the most expensive projects in the area. Apartments are handed over with fitted interiors from imported brands.

Renting at The Matrix One Premium
Western Hanoi has a large expat and diplomatic population, plus Korean and Japanese company staff around My Dinh and Pham Hung. Large, well-finished units here should appeal to that market, though rents are unlikely to match the purchase price on a yield basis.
