Who is behind The Privia

Khang Dien is a listed developer known for well-built, low-rise and mid-market projects in Thu Duc and Binh Tan, and for delivering pink books promptly. The Privia was its main source of revenue in 2024–2025, and the company now partners with Singapore’s Keppel on Gladia by the Waters.

Location: An Duong Vuong, Binh Tan

The project fronts An Duong Vuong, one of the main roads in the west of the city, close to Vo Van Kiet Avenue and the An Lac roundabout. Shops, markets, schools and hospitals in Binh Tan and District 6 are within easy reach.

District 1 is around 20–25 minutes by car via Vo Van Kiet, and the Western Bus Station and roads to the Mekong Delta are nearby.

Master plan and amenities

The Privia is a gated compound with shared facilities between the three blocks:

  • Swimming pool
  • Gym
  • Children’s playground
  • Landscaped gardens
  • Shophouses at ground level
  • 24/7 security and Khang Dien management

Apartment types

Most apartments are compact one- to three-bedroom units averaging about 60 m², aimed at young families and first-time buyers.

Prices and buying

The launch price was estimated at around 50 million VND per m². Since the project is sold out, buyers now purchase from existing owners; resale prices depend on block, floor and whether the pink book has been issued.

Ask the seller for the handover minutes and certificate status before paying a deposit.

The Privia is commercial housing. Khang Dien planned to complete handover and issue certificates during 2025. Vietnamese owners get long-term ownership and foreigners 50 years within the quota.

Renting at The Privia

Tenants are mainly local professionals and families working in the western districts or commuting along Vo Van Kiet. Rents are moderate and occupancy tends to be steady.
