What is planned
Headline facilities include VinWonders Hai Van Bay, a 24.8-hectare adventure and sports theme park, resort hotels, a marina and beach clubs. In April 2026 the Da Nang Department of Construction confirmed 2,437 future homes as eligible for sale, and more batches have followed. Most homes are on long-term residential land, while hotel and resort products have fixed terms.
Important for foreign buyers
According to the Da Nang Department of Construction, Vinhomes Hai Van Bay lies in an area where foreign organisations and individuals are not allowed to own housing. Expatriates can still rent here once homes are completed, but should not sign purchase agreements for residential units.
Buying checks
- Check that the specific unit is on the official list of homes eligible for off-plan sale.
- Read the payment plan and interest-support terms carefully, including what happens when support ends.
- Confirm whether the unit is permanent residential land or a fixed-term resort product.
- Construction is at an early stage; delivery dates may change.
