Vinhomes Skylake is a Vingroup apartment complex at the junction of Pham Hung and Duong Dinh Nghe streets, beside the 32-ha Cau Giay lake park in west Hanoi (now Cau Giay Ward, formerly My Dinh 1, Nam Tu Liem). It was launched in early 2017 and handed over from the second quarter of 2019.
The project has three towers: S1 (36 floors) and S2 (41 floors) share a podium with a Vincom Plaza mall and a rooftop infinity pool, while S3 (41 floors) stands apart and has an indoor four-season pool. Together they hold about 1,800 apartments. Aedas advised on the design.

Skylake fronts Pham Hung, the main north–south road through west Hanoi’s office district. Keangnam Landmark, the My Dinh National Stadium area and the Cau Giay business cluster are within a few minutes. Ring Road 3 and Thang Long Boulevard are close by, and Noi Bai Airport is about 30–40 minutes by car.
