Amenities
Citadines Bayfront Nha Trang is a serviced-apartment building at 62 Tran Phu Street, right across the road from Nha Trang beach. It was developed by MIPEC (Military Petrochemical JSC) and has been run by The Ascott Limited, CapitaLand’s lodging arm, since it opened in July 2017. The developer announced about 280 apartments for the Khanh Hoa market, sitting above a three-storey retail and dining podium. It was Ascott’s first Citadines property in Vietnam.

Location
Tran Phu is Nha Trang’s seafront boulevard, lined with hotels, cafés and bars. From the building you cross the road to the sand, and the Night Market, Nha Trang Cathedral and the Dam Market are a few minutes away by taxi. Cam Ranh International Airport is roughly 35 km south, about 40–45 minutes by car along the coastal road.

What you get
Units range from studios to two-bedroom apartments with kitchenettes, set up for short and medium stays rather than for ownership-style living. Most face the bay or the city. Guests and long-stay tenants share the hotel-style facilities on the podium and upper floors.

- Daily housekeeping
Prices and buying
Citadines Bayfront works mainly as an apart-hotel, so most people use it by the night or the month rather than buying. Resale units come up only occasionally; if you see one, ask for the certificate type, the land-use term and whether the unit is tied to the Ascott rental pool before paying a deposit.
Renting and holiday use
Ascott publishes nightly and monthly rates, and long-stay discounts are common in the low season (roughly September to December, when the rains come). Monthly packages usually include housekeeping and utilities, which makes it simpler than renting a private condo for a first stay in Nha Trang.
Pros and cons
- Pros: beachfront position on Tran Phu, international operator, flexible nightly or monthly stays, shops and restaurants downstairs
- Cons: busy road and nightlife noise on lower floors, limited options to buy, rates rise sharply in peak season
Who it suits
Visitors who want a reliable base for a few weeks or months in central Nha Trang, business travellers, and people testing the city before renting long term.
