Marina Suites is a 30-floor apartment-hotel tower by Son Lam Trang Investment and Construction JSC at 25 Phan Chu Trinh Street, in the older northern part of central Nha Trang (now Nha Trang Ward). Above a basement and four floors of shops, conference rooms and a gym, 26 floors hold 338 units: studios of about 33 to 57 m² and two-bedroom apartments of about 77 m². The beach on Tran Phu is less than 500 metres away, and the tower sits between the Ly Thanh Ton and Quang Trung six-way junctions. Handover was planned for early 2019, and the building is now lived in and widely let.
