Who is behind Alta Height
The 9 Stellars is owned by Ngan Thanh JSC and developed by SonKim Land, the company behind The Metropole Thu Thiem. Phase one of the township includes 79 villas and around 215 apartments, with a total investment of about 6,239 billion VND. SonKim has also signed with KinderWorld to bring a KinderWorld international kindergarten and a Singapore International School into the township.
Location: right on Metro Line 1
The township is one of the few projects in the city linked directly to Metro Line 1, next to Suoi Tien station and the new Mien Dong coach station. From here it is a straight run along Hanoi Highway towards Thu Duc and the city centre, and a short drive to the Hi-Tech Park, Vinhomes Grand Park and the Long Thanh airport expressway.
Apartments and prices
Alta Height is a compact tower, so there is no huge pool of identical units. Layouts run from one-bedroom (plus) homes for singles and couples to three-bedroom family flats and a handful of penthouses. Four lifts serve each floor.
At launch, two-bedroom units started at around 4.1 billion VND and three-bedrooms at about 5.6 billion VND, with penthouses from roughly 7.8 billion VND. Resale listings in 2026 show one-bedroom-plus units around 4.2 billion VND for 50 m².
Amenities

Renting at Alta Height
With metro access and the Hi-Tech Park nearby, small units should appeal to engineers and young professionals who want an easy commute without paying District 2 rents. The small number of units also limits competing rental supply inside the building.
