Who is behind An Binh Homeland
Geleximco is a Hanoi conglomerate with long experience in the Le Trong Tan and Duong Noi area, where it has already built houses, low-rise streets and services. An Binh Homeland adds high-rise apartments to that established neighbourhood.
Location: Duong Noi and Aeon Mall
The towers sit beside Aeon Mall Ha Dong, one of western Hanoi’s biggest shopping centres, with international schools and hospitals close by. Le Trong Tan and To Huu link the area to central Hanoi, while Ring Road 4 and the Thang Long Boulevard are reachable to the west.
Apartments and prices
The mix is focused on family homes: two-bedroom units from about 67–68 m², three-bedroom units around 93 m² and a small number of duplexes. Launch prices of roughly 67–73 million VND per m² were among the lowest in the An Khanh – Duong Noi area; by mid-2026 listings ranged from about 71 to 90 million VND per m², with a 68 m² two-bedroom around 5.2 billion VND.
Construction progress
By May 2026, towers C2, C3 and C4 were casting the 10th-floor slab and tower C1 was at the 6th floor, which keeps the late-2027 handover target realistic.
Renting at An Binh Homeland
Living next to Aeon Mall is a big draw for tenants. Two-bedroom units should rent well to young families and professionals working in western Hanoi.
