Who is behind Celesta Heights
Keppel Land is one of the largest foreign real estate investors in Vietnam, with Estella Heights, Palm City and Empire City in its portfolio. Phu Long belongs to the Sovico group. Celesta Heights follows their first joint project, Celesta Rise.
Location: Nguyen Huu Tho, south of Phu My Hung
The project fronts Nguyen Huu Tho, a five-minute drive from Phu My Hung and about 25 minutes from central Ho Chi Minh City. Schools, hospitals and shopping in District 7 are all within easy reach.
Planned road upgrades – the Nguyen Van Linh – Nguyen Huu Tho underpass, the widening of Le Van Luong and the Long Hau road – should ease the area’s notorious peak-hour traffic over time.

Master plan and amenities
Celesta Heights is designed as a resort-style compound with a strong focus on children and families:
- 80-metre sky bridge on the podium roof
- Floating, terraced clubhouses
- Water park-style pools
- Forest-themed gardens and treehouse play rooms
- Gym and sports facilities
- Savills property management
Apartment types
Units range from one-bedroom apartments of about 50–52 m² to two-bedroom units of 82–88 m² and three-bedroom units of 100–114 m².
Prices and buying
Indicative 2025 prices were about 2.65–3.5 billion VND for one-bedroom units, 4.2–6.5 billion VND for two-bedroom units and 5.5–7 billion VND for three-bedroom units, or roughly 60–70 million VND per m².
Confirm the handover status and finishing standard of the specific tower before buying, as these differ across the CELESTA phases.
Legal status and foreign ownership
Celesta Heights is commercial housing with long-term ownership for Vietnamese buyers and 50 years for foreigners within the quota.
Renting at Celesta Heights
Like Celesta Rise, the project is aimed at families who work in District 7 and Phu My Hung but want more space for their money; demand from expatriate families is helped by the international schools nearby.
