Celesta Rise is the first phase of the Celesta cluster developed by Singapore’s Keppel Land and Phu Long Real Estate on Nguyen Huu Tho Street in Nha Be, just south of Phu My Hung. The 2.78-hectare site has five 20-storey towers with about 917–923 apartments and 34 shophouses. Construction started in early 2020 and the apartments were handed over in 2024. Some towers were delivered bare-shell and others fully finished, which shows up clearly in resale prices.

Who is behind Celesta Rise
Keppel Land is a long-standing Singaporean investor in Vietnam, while Phu Long is part of the Sovico group with projects in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Nha Trang and Phu Quoc. Celesta Rise was their first joint project; a second phase, Celesta Heights, followed nearby.
Location: Nguyen Huu Tho and the south side
The project sits on the main Nguyen Huu Tho road just south of the Nguyen Van Linh intersection, between Phu My Hung and the newer Phu My Hung phase 2 area. RMIT University is around 5 km away and Tam Duc heart hospital about 6 km, with several international schools within a short drive.
Traffic at the Nguyen Van Linh – Nguyen Huu Tho junction has been a long-standing problem; the underpass there and the widening of Le Van Luong are expected to ease journeys towards District 4 and District 1.

Master plan and amenities
Celesta Rise is a gated compound with landscaped gardens between the towers and podium-level facilities:
- Swimming pools for adults and children
- Gym
- Children’s playground
- BBQ and garden areas
- Shophouses on the ground floor
- 24/7 security
Apartment types
The range covers two-bedroom units of about 80–85 m² and three-bedroom units of around 105 m², plus larger garden-floor units and shophouses of 170–190 m².
Prices and buying
In 2026 bare-shell two-bedroom units of about 80 m² were listed at roughly 5.6–6.3 billion VND, and three-bedroom units of 105–106 m² at about 7–7.4 billion VND, or about 66–79 million VND per m².
When comparing, check whether the unit is bare-shell or finished, and who pays transfer taxes and fees.
Legal status and foreign ownership
Land allocation for the project dates back to 2015 and the project has completed its legal procedures, according to 2025 reports. Vietnamese owners get long-term ownership; foreigners can own for 50 years within the quota.
Renting at Celesta Rise
Two-bedroom units were being rented for around 14 million VND a month in 2026 with basic furniture. Tenants are often families working in Phu My Hung or District 7 who want more space for the money.
