Cityland Park Hills is a gated township of about 27 hectares at 18 Phan Van Tri Street in Go Vap, developed by Cityland (City Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd). It is one of the largest planned neighbourhoods in north Saigon, with frontage on both Phan Van Tri and Nguyen Van Luong.

Most of the site is low-rise: about 973 townhouses and villas line neat internal streets. The apartment component is five 12-storey blocks with roughly 968 units, so towers are small and quiet. A Lotte Mart of over two hectares, schools and parks are inside the township. The project has been handed over and is fully lived in.

Living here

The gated layout, tree-lined streets and in-house schools make the township popular with Vietnamese families. Townhouses on the main roads are often rented as shops, cafés or offices, while the apartment blocks suit smaller households looking for a calm, low-density setting.

Rent and buy checks

  • Apartments are relatively small blocks without large resort facilities; confirm what the monthly fee includes.
  • Townhouses facing Phan Van Tri command much higher prices and rents than internal streets.
  • Ask for the pink book and check that any extensions or extra floors on townhouses were built with permits.
